The turntable of the model can be directly driven out of the lead room for loading and unloading, which is very convenient and easy to use for testing large castings. The small rotary table is used for the inspection of small castings. The four-axis gantry displacement system can realize the lifting, pitching, and front-rear movement of the ray machine and the imaging plate to adjust the focal length and the left and right traverse. The system adopts a directional camera, and the lifting becomes a full-body full-scale inspection of the casting with the rotation of the turret.
The ray machine and imaging plate positioner adopt four-axis gantry displacement system, which consists of four-column gantry, moving beam, ray machine front and rear drive module, ray machine lifting module, ray machine pitch module, imaging plate front and rear drive module, imaging plate lifting module , imaging board pitch module and other components.

The system inspection process only requires the operator to complete in the operation room without entering the lead room operation. The operator only needs to input the specification model of the product to be inspected on the control interface. The product enters the detection area and rotates the product to the set posture according to the monitoring screen. As a detection starting point, the system automatically adjusts the spatial position of the ray machine and the imaging plate. The operator activates the fully automatic detection button with one button. The system will automatically check the automatic inspection program of the pre-tested storage according to the model of the product to be inspected, and complete the detection of the whole entity of the product step by step, which greatly improves the detection efficiency. The operator only needs to be responsible for real-time evaluation and supervision of the inspection process
