1、Mechanical system composition:

The mechanical system is composed of ground rail, flat panel detector shift module, X-ray tube shift module, drive support roller set and slave support roller set.

In order to apply the displacement detection requirements of different diameter workpiece, the main system adopts self-adaptive and ground rail lateral movement riding wheel frame, with X-ray machine lifting displacement cantilever and flat detector telescopic tilting mechanism, to satisfy the turnover and transversal of the workpiece with different diameters. At the same time, according to the requirements, change the height of the X-ray machine and the flat panel detector to achieve the best detection effect. Realize the testing requirements for ring joints, straight seams, and all-round base material defects of pipe products.

The drive wheel set adopts dual-motor synchronous drive to increase flipping capability and reduce slipping and crawling;

The drive wheel set adopts gear transmission, and synchronously drives the two support rollers to rotate at the same speed and direction to improve the flipping ability and the smoothness.

The drive wheel set adopts an adaptive supporting frame, and automatically adapts to the supporting angle according to the workpiece with different diameters.

The drive wheel set and the driven wheel set adopt the same transverse drive mode, and are driven by the worm gear reducer and the two sets of rack and pinion drive synchronously, so as to realize the stable lateral movement of the support roller set along the track.

The driven wheel set adopts the same self-adaptive double wheel carrier to satisfy the requirements of workpiece support with different diameters.

The drive wheel set and the driven wheel set adopt the same transverse drive mode, and are driven by the worm gear reducer and the two sets of rack and pinion drive synchronously, so as to realize the stable lateral movement of the support roller set along the track.

The L type cantilever support is used for the displacement mechanism of the flat panel detector of the X-ray machine, fixed on the ground rail, vertical partially fixed cantilever single axis manipulator, slipway fixed the cantilever bracket of ray machine, the cantilever end fixed single axis mechanical manipulator slider, telescopic movement of manipulator, end fixed plate detector.

According to the size of the workpiece and the best magnification of the ray machine focal length, changing the height of the ray machine, synchronously changing the position of the flat panel detector, to achieve the best test results.

2、Working principle:

According to the workpiece's length dimension and optimal support position, operate the individual adjustment buttons on the steering wheel holder, adjust the distance between driven riding wheel frame and drive riding wheel frame, to reach the best support demand. Start the synchronous transversal button, the drive and driven riding wheel set are moved horizontally to detect the initial position, and start the X-ray machine and the flat panel detector. Press the automatic test button, the system intelligently controls the rotation speed of the active roller carrier and the synchronized traverse of the roller group according to the length of the workpiece. After completing the test, push the workpiece to the initial position.

3、Mechanical system advantages:

1.The ground track adopts high rigidity ductile casting dovetail slides, working with large precision machine tool, stable structure, high precision, stable operation.

2.The system adopts self-adapting adjustable roller brackets to satisfy different diameter workpiece support requirements.

3.The drive riding wheel frame carrier adopts self-adaptive synchronous rotating support roller frame, turning movement is more powerful and stable.

4.The transversal drive adopts the synchronous transmission of the double teeth gear, and the movement is smoother and more stable.

The standard single axis manipulator is used for the displacement drive of the X-ray machine and the flat panel detector, the system is mature and stable.
